What information do we collect?

We only collect information that you provide to us in our google sign up forms when you volunteer to help or Wix events when registering for an event.

Where do we store this information?

When registering to help with us, we collect information through Google Forms. This information is stored in a secure Google Drive that only FOCS committee members have access to.

 

When registering for an event, the information we collect is stored in our Wix website events dashboard. This is secure and can only be seen by a few committee members who have password access.

Who do we share this information with? 

No one. No one outside of the FOCS committee will see your information you have shared with us when completing a form on our website.

 

What about payment information?

We use Stripe as our payment provider. If you make a payment via our Site, your payment information will be provided directly to our payment provider. We won't see your bank account or payment card details. Information you supply directly is not within our control and is subject to their own privacy notice or policy and terms and conditions.
